Delivery and Returns

We hope you love shopping with us. Here are our delivery and returns policies to help make sure we meet your expectations. Please be advised that most of our products are handcrafted to order. Allow 5-7 business days for production. When you place an order with us before 12:00 Noon PST, production will begin that same day. Any orders after 12:00 Noon PST, production will begin the next day. Below are details on estimated "Shipping and Delivery" - after production is complete. Please refer to details on the product page for estimated production time.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates according to USPS schedule.

At present, we ship only to addresses within the U.S.A. (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam).

We ship only on business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order.

Returns and Replacements

Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary purposes, all orders of Face Masks are non-returnable. All sales on Face Masks are final.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with orders of any of other products, aside from non-returnable products such as Face Masks, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, unused, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A return/restock fee may apply. We will inform you of the amount after receiving your request for return. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

Returning Gifts

When returning a gift, a Masks by KT Gift Card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The card can be used for purchases from Masks by KT online store only. In compliance with Federal law, for gifts valued at more than $2,000.00, the recipient will receive a check rather than Masks by KT Gift Card.

Returning Merchandise by Mail

On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your Masks by KT order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment).

Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). Please use one of the return labels provided on the front of your packing slip to ensure proper return address and credit information. All returns must be shipped via traceable courier with tracking number provided. 

Please allow 10 to 15 days for us to process your return after receiving your package. Once your return is processed, you will receive an e-mail from us with a Return ID provided. Contact us with any questions or updates.
